In search of a highly valued Caretaker who has the means by which to pay the low monthly Caretaker fee and a one time deposit.
The requirements are as follows:
1. Pay the property maintenance costs such as utilities.
2. You must have a reasonable background with a clean criminal history
3. Must have furniture of the kind a quality to adequately furnish the home if it is on the market for sale.
It is acceptable to have less than perfect credit, or have lost the roof over their head for what ever reason. We will make every effort to accommodate your situation so long as we feel confident you can perform to a high degree as a Caretaker.
We require that you will allow access to the property during show hours through the use of a realtor accessible lockbox provided and maintain the home in a show to sell condition seven days a week. We would notify you as soon as possible that the home would be shown. The benefit from all this of course is that you get to live in a nice home for a very low cost. Pay only $400 a month for a home that would otherwise cost you many times more..
The home is on the market for sale and when the property sales you will have to relocate. The property will go through a traditional closing period prior to sale, generally several weeks.
